Upper left: The trail from Beding climbs gradually in two hours to Na (4100m), where the Rolwaling Valley opens out into the classic glaciated U-shape. Na is a large broad village beneath Chekigo (6257m) to the left and Kang Nachugo (6735m) to the right. Upper right: The approach route to the Yalung La goes to the right of the lower portion of Chugimago, seen from beyond Na. Lower left: Jerome Ryan and Gyan Tamang trekking.
